I strongly believe in cooperative learning and will incorporating lots of partner and group work into my teaching. I think it is important that students know how to talk to one another during partner work though. This provides great examples of questions and sentence prompts that could be used during partner work.

This is a good guideline for the kids to follow when they do turn and talks or partner talks as the site calls it. Most students don't really understand how to talk about the subject at hand so this will help steer them in the right direction.
