I finally made this tonight. LOVED IT! There was a LOT of liquid, but I have an OLD crockpot that does not cook as hot/fast as the newer ones so maybe that's why. I did blend some cornstarch and water and add it to the sauce 30 minutes before serving, which thickened the sauce up nicely. I also added 1/2 a can of pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and onion 30 minutes before serving as well. Got a thumbs-up from the hubs!
