I made some yummy adjustments... mix 1 egg white, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tbs water until frothy. Add raw almonds and coat. Add 3/4 cup sugar, 2 1/2 tbs cinnamon, and 3 tbs pumpkin pie spice. Spread onto baking sheet lined with foil. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. DELISH!
