I am sure I pinned this before but I did not want to take a chance that I didn't! Chicken taco chili - only about 200 calories a serving and made 8 servings! 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 can corn kernels, 16 oz tomato sauce, 28 oz diced tomatoes, packet taco seasoning, 1 tbsp chili powder, 3 boneless chicken breasts. 6 hours high or 10 hours low in the crock pot.

Ceasar Dressing Recipe - Good recipe except for the abundance of salt. Start with a 1/4 amount of the salt and add to it. I also used about half the oil and light mayo. Not as creamy but still yummy and less calories.
