This fun gift giving idea may look like just a ball of yarn, but it's really a bunch of little gifts wrapped layer by layer. The recipient has to unwind the entire ball of yarn to receive all the gifts that are hidden inside!

A cool way to join when knitting in the round. Slip the last stitch (that is the first one cast on) from the left-hand needle to the right-hand needle, and then lift what’s now the second stitch on the right needle (the last one cast on) over the first stitch and onto the left needle. Then pull tight and start knitting with the stitches that are on the left-hand part of the needle.

Help your Thanksgiving guests feel grateful all year long by giving them a gratitude journal as a favor. -- Love this idea!

Fancy up your yarn and make your own Christmas Ornaments -- I am going to try this on my Candy Cane Cozys that I have been making.

Make a budget-friendly Thanksgiving centerpiece out of a little scrapbook paper and Mod Podge.

#430 - Montana: Book by Sirdar | Knitting Fever - Love this style hat. I might have to break down and buy the pattern.
