I used 3/4 cup of sea salt, 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of epsom salt, 2 tablespoons baking soda, a couple drops of lavender essential oil and a couple drops of blue food coloring. I got the recipe from Martha Stewart's Homemade Bath Salts post. According to Martha the salts help to soothe tired muscles and reduce inflammation and the baking soda soften waters and alleviates skin irritation.
I love how easy the mascara comes off with this. And my skin feels great too! I do cut the recipe way back and only use 1/3 cup water and 1 tsp coconut oil. Then I pack in select-a-size paper towels cut in thirds rolled up and then pushed down in a tiny 1/2 cup container. I don't count, but maybe 7-10? Now I need something this awesome for my hair!
hmmmm... true? Wash an old mascara or nail polish container and fill with: 1/4 of the container with Castor Oil 1/2 Vitamin E Oil 1/4 Aloe Vera Gel Mix the concoction together as well as you can with your mascara wand, and apply a light layer to lashes every night before bed. Castor oil thickens your lashes while aloe vera gel lengthens. Vitamin E accelerates length. After one month, you’ll notice stronger, longer, more beautiful eyelashes.

Amazing: Grind a handful of rice until u get a fine but coarse flour. Add a few spoons of raw honey to the mixture along with enough apple cider vinegar to obtain a thick paste. If the cracks are very deep, add a spoon of olive oil. Soak feet for 20 minutes & gently massage with this paste.-pinning for when i'm old... you don't have to be old for feet like this, you just have to hate wearing shoes. Feels like I just got a pedicure!! Works for smooth hands too! :)
