Fresh Summer Corn Dip

Beer & Cheese Pretzel Dip 2 8-oz. packages of cream cheese, softened 1 1-oz. package of dry ranch dressing 2 cups finely shredded Cheddar Cheese ½ cup Corona Extra beer Cayenne pepper and seasoned salt to taste 1. In a bowl, thoroughly mix the cream cheese and dry ranch dressing. 2. Stir in the Cheddar cheese, mix until combined. 3. Mix in the beer, adding more if desired. 4. Stir in the pepper and seasoned salt. 5. Refrigerate until ready to use.

2 lbs. fully cooked kielbasa sausage 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup chunky applesauce 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced Preparation: Cut kielbasa into 1" pieces and combine with brown sugar, applesauce, and mustard in 3 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours until thoroughly heated. 12 appetizer servings. Everyone raves about this when I make it! & it's super easy!
