Slow Cooker North Woods Wild Rice Soup
Crock Pot Chicken and Noodle Soup: 5 cups of chicken broth (boxed or can is fine). One 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup. 1/2 cup onions, chopped fine. 1/2 cup celery, chopped fine. 1/2 cup carrots, chopped fine. 1/2 cup green onions, sliced. One 15 oz can of whole kernel corn, drained. Salt and Pepper to taste. 1 1/2 cup Egg noodles. 2 cups cooked chicken chopped.
Crockpot Beef Stroganoff 1-2 lbs cube steak, cut into one-inch pieces 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup (no substitutes!) 1 cup chopped onion 1 Tb Worcestershire 1 14 oz can beef broth, salt & pepper 4 oz cream cheese, room temp 1/2 c. sour cream In the crockpot, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper and beef broth. Cook on low for 5-6 hours 3. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream about half hour b/f serving. Serve over Egg Noodles.
