Chocolate Espresso Bundt Cake by Sweetapolita The cake is basically perfect (I didn't use the glaze that's listed with the recipe). Moist, fluffy and not overwhelmingly sweet. Since I don't have espresso powder, I used an equal weight of instant coffee. I also dusted the Bundt pan with cocoa powder.
