Cinnamon Sugar Candy Cane Twists from Confessions of a Bright-Eyed Baker...WHAT A YUMMY CANDY CANE!!!
SPRITZ COOKIES * 1 lb softened butter (salted) * 1 cup sugar * 2 eggs * 6 cups flour (sifted) * 1 tsp vanilla ~~ Cream butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Gradually add sifted flour, dough will stiff and somewhat dry. Add vanilla. Use a cookie press to create Christmas shapes. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees.
