Coconut Ginger Chicken & Vegetables... a slow cooker marvel that will convince your guests you've spent hours in the kitchen!

Thai Coconut Basil Chicken (doing my own take on this recipe for lunch, sounds refreshing and delicious!)

Slightly more authentic: Mix 13 spices, soy sauce, rice wine, cumin, salt & sugar; marinate 6hrs. Mince garlic, dice onions, julienne scallions. Heat oil in wok on high till smoking, add beef until color change and immediately remove with sieve. Use oil to fry garlic, onions, and scallions. Add soy sauce and wine, and beef when the vegetables are done. Serve with coriander. (I think a general rule of thumb is that if you're sauteing Asian food instead of stir-frying, you're doing it wrong...)...
