Shrimp Fra Diavolo - my favorite dish at Buca Di Beppo and I have perfected it at home! When I make this recipe I use half the red pepper flakes called for and it has a good kick to it, I think 2 tsps is far to much. I also use heavy cream instead of Alfredo sauce. I hate Alfredo sauce, especially the jarred kind, and heavy cream does the exact same thing but tastes way better! Enjoy!

garlic baked shrimp - trying this as one of the dishes for Christmas Eve 2012. I added some shallots and sauted the garlic and shallots in a bit of olive oil for a few minutes then added wine. Stir. Place shrimp in baking dish. Cover with wine, garlic, shallots. squeeze with some lemon. Mix panko and italian flat leaf parsley. Melt butter. Add to panko, mix. Sprinkle over shrimp and bake.
