Mix ingredients thoroughly in Classic Batter Bowl with Mix and Masher. Fill each well using the Large Scoop and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Note: This makes 24 cupcakes but you need to do both pans at the same time. If the batter sits too long it goes flat and icky.
