Eating clean meal plan. Melissa's plan is great. The food is mostly clean, but budget friendly. I agree that if you are eating healthy at least 80% of the time, you will benefit from that effort. (It is better than most people!)
Sausage Squash Casserole - Low carb. 2 medium summer squash, sliced/cooked, 1 medium zucchini, sliced/cooked, 1 lb. sausage, browned, 1 cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup dry minced onion, 2 large egg, beaten, 1 packet sugar substitute, 1 teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, ¼ cup melted butter, 1 ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided. I omit sweetener and mayo
2-3 chicken breasts, baked or boiled and then shredded. 1 tube of crescent rolls, 1 can cream of chicken soup, Shredded cheddar cheese. Preheat oven to 375, roll up cheese and chicken in each crescent. Place in a 13 x 9 baking dish, mix 1/2 cup water with the soup and pour over all. Bake for 20-25 min or until golden brown. Easy and tasty!
Greek Marinated Chicken ~ 1 cup plain yogurt 2 Tbsp olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced ½ Tbsp dried oregano 1 medium lemon zest juice from 1/2 lemon ½ tsp salt freshly cracked pepper ¼ bunch fresh parsley 3½ to 4 lbs chicken pieces ~ Combine marinade. Place pieces in marinade in gallon ziplock. Bake 375 45-60 minutes or grill
Greek Marinated Chicken. The marinade takes just a few minutes to stir together and creates an absolute explosion of flavor. It’s incredible.
Moscato Punch • 2 bottles Skinnygirl Moscato wine • 3 cups of Sprite • 1 can of frozen pink lemonade concentrate • 1 pint fresh raspberries Combine all ingredients into a large pitcher with a few cups of ice and mix well. Add fresh raspberries and chill until ready to serve! Enjoy!
Baked Chicken Wings.. Ingredients:20 chicken wings1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon pepper3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon hot sauce, divided1 tablespoon vegetable oil3/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter Bake for about 30 minutes. Turn the wings over and bake for about 30 more minutes.
