I wanted mine to look like an x-ray film, a bit blurry and fuzzy. So I used a single strand of embroidery floss and did a sloppy stem-stitch to give the effect. At times it was a bit surreal — spooky, even — to look down and see my hand in the same position as the ghost hand, and to ponder the bones and veins beneath the skin. It was a pretty cool process, I have to say.

Newpaper Art! I love this idea but would like to add extra meaning by collecting articles for the year or decade depending on where it's going in your home. For example: in a baby's room you may want to collect articles from their birth year.

Put a few 20 dollars bills in the album a year and give it to your child as a graduation gift. That way you don't drain your bank account as graduation gets closer, you have already started saving for it since the birth!

Love these "mail" presents - Use craft paper or grocery sack for wrapping then Christmas stickers for the stamps. Crochet cotton string works for the string in this old fashioned "mailed" package wrapping. You can pickup some computer disc labels at the dollar stores to use as address labels. Copy postage cancel stamp images from Google and you have it. - Pam
