Baked Apples with Oatmeal Streusel Topping - *a little over half stick (1/4 cup melted butter) *1/2 cup oats *1/2 cup flour (sub GF flour) *1/2 cup brown sugar *1 tsp cinnamon *pinch of ground ginger *pinch of salt - Fill and top apple halves with the mixture. Bake at 350 F until tops are golden brown and apples swell, about 30 minutes.
