Stuffed Peppers. My version: brown ground beef, add chopped onion and bell pepper. Season with garlic salt, pepper, chile powder, salt (and whatever else I feel like adding). Add 1 large can of tomato sauce (or 2 small cans) and mix with brown or white rice. Stuff the peppers and bake for approx. 30 min. I sprinkle a little cheese on top and let it melt after I turn off the oven.
