Vintage Bicycles

Ciclografica restores vintage bikes around a theme. The theme of this bike is, "Do what you love," and the frame is by an old Italian manufacturer, Taurus. I love the red skirtguard with the pink frame--it's so pretty.

According to Remodelista and GBlog, this 1970's Carlton frame was customized and accessorized over a 3 month period by the folks at details, a design agency. They were inspired by a bike made by Alex Hatfield, winner of the Bespoke Bristol Handmade Bicycle Show. They sourced parts from eBay, Velo Orange, and other places.

Legnano Mod.50 Gran Sport in the restoration process. I'm sure it will look as good as the vintage illustration when it's finished.

Damcykel ”Frej” by Swedish manufacturer, Kronan. I love the details like the star in the chainwheel, the chainguard, and the ornament on the fender. I also like the little bag on the seat post that looks like it might hold a spare tube and repair kit. This must have been the deluxe ladies model for sure.
