Kroger brand makes the colored cones.... Green Cones Band around the cone with chocolate frosting and cut a yellow mini marshmallow in a square with our kitchen scissors. It will stick back into place. Put the marshmallow (buckle) on the front of the chocolate band and let dry. We used left over heart candies to make a shamrock and attached with frosting.
