A Meathead's Memphis Dust Recipe ¾ c dark brown sugar ¾ c white sugar ½ c paprika ¼ c mortonkosher salt ¼ c garlic powder 2 T black pepper 2 T ground ginger powder 2 T onion powder 2 tsp rosemary powder (2-3 T leaves crushed to make 2 tsp powder) Spread thin layer vegetable oil on ribs first. Sprinkle just enough dust to color meat. About 2 T per side, not too thick. Good bark will form if let sit in fridge at least 2 hrs. Could wrap in plastic/refrigerate overnight.
