This pink little house makes me happy
Teapot Cottage in Carmel, California My mom needs to own a store exactly like this-it's her destiny, lol. Her's should be a bakery though.
petite home...I imagine such a happy life being led inside there. Probably open space kitchen living dining on lower floor and bedroom bath upstairs. One room wide homes were quite common in earlier times and to this day, fuction very well for a couple or a single person or even a one child family - stacked like this one or cracker box style.
Foursquare with wrap around porch in mint/black/white (needs a better fence though...)
Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria, Germany
Casa Batlló was originally built between 1875 and 1877. In 1900 it was bought by the rich industrialist Josep Battló i Casanovas who commissioned Gaudí to tear down the old house and reconstruct a new one. Gaudí however convinced Battló to remodel the existing building. Between 1904 and 1906 Gaudí redesigned the facade and roof, added an extra floor and completely remodeled the interior.
