Simply Yummy Asparagus!! Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Toss or mist the asparagus with olive oil and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice until evenly coated. Sprinkle with a pinch or two of sea salt, and then generously season with freshly-cracked black pepper. Roast for 8-12 minutes, or until the tips begin to brown and the asparagus is tender. Im amazed how many people dont know this. Cook bacon in the oven. Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil first. We do 375 for about 20 min instead of 400 for ten because the lower and slower the more fat renders out. Then all the bacon is done at the same time, meanwhile you were free to make the rest of breakfast.
