How to Cook Pumpkin Seeds

Cafe Rio Pork Ingredients: 7-8 lbs boneless pork butt or shoulder 4 c root beer 5 (8oz) cans tomato sauce 4 T molasses or honey 3 t minced garlic ½ t salt 2 – 3 c brown sugar 4 t cumin Note: The above sauce makes a ton! So if you have a 3-4 lb pork roast, half the sauce. Salt & pepper pork and cook in crock pot 8 hours or overnight on low. Remove meat & shred w/fork, removing fat. Drain well. Add rest of ingredients to the crockpot w/pork. Stir. Cook 3-4 hours on low.

Slice potatoes into very thin slices (1/4 inch). Toss potatoes in olive oil, Italian seasoning (1tbsp) and salt (1tsp) in a ziploc bag to coat. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake at 450 for 15 -20 minutes, until lightly brown. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
