Plating for 4. Glazed Scallops and Brussels Sprouts with Squash and Fennel Hash.
Literally tossed this together in minutes. Grilled some broccoli. Chopped some Roma tomatoes. Put em both in big bowl. Then tossed with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper. Topped with some muenster. Sprinkled paprika for looks and flavor.
Scallops and spicy raspberry pomegranate sauce. Fennel and turnip hash. Spinach.
