Scalloped Pots 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, (about 6 large poatoes) 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 cup non-fat, skim milk ¼ cup whole wheat flour 2 cups part-skim grated mozzarella or Swiss cheese

1 baked potato 1 Tbsp butter 2 eggs 2 strips bacon, cooked. 2 Tbsp. shredded cheddar 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped. salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the middle of each "bowl". Then gently break an egg into each "bowl", careful not to break the yolk. Top with bacon, cheese, parsley, and then season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 min.

potatoes baked in chicken broth, garlic powder and butter...oooooooh so yummy. They get crispy on the bottom but stay fluffy on the inside!
Parmesan Baked Potato Halves: 6 small potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half; 1/4 c butter; grated parmesan cheese; garlic powder; other seasonings of choice ■Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter & pour into 9x13" pan. Spread evenly across bottom. Generously sprinkle parmesan cheese & lightly sprinkle other seasonings over the butter. Place potato halves face down on butter & seasonings. Place in oven & bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool 5 min before removing from pan. Serve with a sour cream for dipping.
