Ukrainian Easter bread

Holodets (kholoudets) is my least favorite Ukrainian/Russian food. It's jellied meat and is often made with pigs feet which are boilded for many hours. It is a strong, rich flavor. It's prepared for New Year holidays along with Olivier Salad and Seledka pod Shuboi (s’eelyodka po’d hoo’boy)which means “Herring Under a Fur Coat”. Pass the vodka please.
