the-exercist: Bulgarian Squat Get into lunge position with left foot up on a bench or step behind you and right foot directly in front of right hip. Make sure right knee is in line with right ankle and torso stays upright. Bring the dumbbell to chest height. Slowly lower down with both legs bent, pause, then press through right foot to come back up. Do 15 reps on each side. These are also sometimes called “split squats” or “Bulgarian split squats.” When you first start out with them, go slow, as your balance will be challenged.

Tank Top Arm Workout: Seriously one of my favorite arm workouts. I break it up by every third exercise and add a core exercise in each rotation, rotating through it 3 times for each set of exercises. LOVE IT!!
