Buffalo Chicken in the crock pot: 3 lb frozen chicken, 1 bottle buffalo sauce, 1 packet of ranch, throw it all in the crock pot for 6-7 hours, shred. Great for wraps, on a bun or make grilled cheese & buffalo chicken sandwiches (which I prefer). I do recommend adding a bit of butter in the crock pot - either when cooking or after shredding. A favorite at our house!
Spiced sweet potato chips:1 sweet potato1/2 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon chili powder1/4 teaspoon salt. cook 375.Cut the potato into thin slices. Spray baking sheet, arrange slices in a single layer, lightly coat with cooking spray. Bake for 7 minutes@375. turn and bake 7-10 more minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine cumin, sugar, chili powder,salt. Pour over chips, toss well, serve.
Healthy Peanut Butter cookies! Only 36 calories per cookie! Ingredients: 1 Cup Peanut butter 1 Cup honey 1 TSP baking soda 1 egg Mix the peanut butter and honey first then add in the egg and baking soda. Bake for 10 minutes on 350 degrees. Theyre delicious!
