Breakfast cupcake: 2 tbsp. pb2, 1/2 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. n.s.a. raspberry jelly, 1/4 c. plain n.f. chobani yogurt, 1 tbsp. scrambled egg, 1/2 tbsp. earth balance butter, 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 3 1/2 tbsp. w.w. flour, 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 2 packets, Truvia, pinch of sliced almonds, pinch of salt. Bake @ 350 7-10 minutes.
