stampin up stamp set
I stamped in Crumb Cake and then I offset the image and stamped it again in VersaMark. Then it was embossed using White EP.To make the white image stand out even more on the Very Vanilla cardstock, I lightly sponged it with more Crumb Cake ink using a Sponge. I saw this technique done on a card that was on pinterest.

This happy Birthday card was fun to make doing the ripped card stock technique. Notice that Stampin' Up! cardstock is died right through so no white edges when ripping. This card used three stamp sets Thoughts and Prayers, Serene Silhouettes and Itty bitty banner. The colours used are wild wasabi, very vanilla, certainly celery and crumb cake.

I really do like the Stampin' Up! "Serene Silhouettes" stamp set and think it might be one of my favorites, so I wanted to make a special card with it. I started with Crumb Cake card stock base and I had a scored practice piece of card stock that I needed to use and dabbed Crumb Cake ink on it. To be continued at www.sierrastampin....
