Easiest breakfast ever! 1/4 cup oats, 1 egg, 1 tsp brown sugar, handful blueberries, splash of milk, dash cinnamon. Mix it all up. Stick in coffee mug in microwave for 2 minutes.

Harmonized Vegan Protein is my Favourite Vegan Protein to use. Since I found out I was allergic to....well...everything under the sun (Almonds, Whey, Casein, Cows milk. yogurt, cottage cheese, flax, sunflower seeds, pineapple, eggs, egg whites ect Im sure you get the picture lol) I had to switch to something high protein, lower fat and low card, but still easy to digest and this is what I fell upon! And man I'm glad I did!
