It is not only a metaphor Of a windows opening to the world. It is the breeze that enters, The sounds you hear Coming from much further Than just outside. It is someone else’s heart beating In time with your own. It is the words they say You understand More than you ever know, Until it becomes So much a part of you It gives your life the distance It requires To meet your dreams In the simple turning Of a page. >KB
∮ To have a sacred place is an absolute necessity for anybody today. You must have a room or a certain hour of the day or so, where you do not know who your friends are, you don't know what you owe anybody or what they owe you. This is a place where you can simply experience and bring forth what you are and what you might be. -Joseph Campbell (via soul-space) ∮
