brown sugar dijon porkloin: season loin & roast for 1/2 hour at 425F. Remove from oven & brush w Dijon then cover w brown sugar. Lower heat to 375F & continue roasting til done or internal temp is 175F. Let rest 10mins before carving. Easy & delicious!

Crockpot Ribs- Two Words... THE BEST. The rest will leave you speechless. This is a really good recipe. I used beef short ribs. After removing them from the crock pot I brushed them with more BBQ sauce(Sweet Baby Rays) and put under the broiler then flipped and added more sauce & put back under the broiler. Good simple recipe. Very Tasty!
