Splatter Paint Nails - so the girl and I tried this for 4th of July. Tried the straw method and the toothbrush method. Neither worked. However we did end up just tapping the toothbrush to the nail and came up with almost the same effect. Not quite as splashy looking but definitely random and cute. Next time I might thin our polish a little, I think it was too thick. -- J
