Meal Prep Monday. For a week of lunch, grill a package of chicken, tilapia, and asparagus- and sautéed mushroom and brown rice with only brags and ground pepper for a 0 cal seasoning. Yogurt and fruit in mason jars for dessert. Fruit and raw veggies for snacks. Pack quick oats to add hot water and have oatmeal for breakfast on the go or at the office. Eat better, feel better.

I woke up early and spent the morning cooking, Here's my meal prep for the week! One meal & snack for my two shorter days, two meals for my long days. I usually eat breakfast at home before class. Brown rice with boiled eggs and green beans, brussels sprouts, broccoli // tofu cubes and raw veggies // apple and quest bar // unpictured almonds as well. Now I'm double-fisting coffee and tea while studying, then going to try and hit the gym after class at the busiest time, uh-oh.#mealprepmondays
