Easy Frozen Strawberry Squares Recipe
Brussels Sprouts ~ Balsamic Roasted - 2- 3 cups Brussels Sprouts, sliced in half dash salt and pepper, to taste *3 tbsp balsamic vinegar *3 tbsp olive oil *Whisk together vinegar, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Slowly incorporate olive oil until a dressing is formed. Place brussels sprouts in single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle oil and vinegar over the sprouts and gently toss to coat. Bake 25 minutes @ 375 degrees, turning once. Sprouts are done when lightly browned.
THE BEST CORN ON THE COB - Fill pot water then add a stick of salted butter and 1 cup of milk. Bring to a rapid boil. Put ears of corn in turn heat to low simmer for 5-8 minutes. It will be the best corn on the cob you have ever had !!!
