    i added my own protein powder ( 3scoops), almond milk ( 1 1/2 cups) oatmeal, cocoa, pinch of cinnamon, and unsweetened coconut.... mix together until you have a wet thick texture( you may have to add more oates or milk. spread out into baking tray and refridgerate until hard.. cut into bars and enjoy. i didn't use dried fruit because it contains alot of sugar.
