my comment did sound pretty DID!

  • Kayleigh Grubb

Most people who actually have DID, don't openly admit it. So, I figured not, but I guess I was hoping you kinda did because along with depression, DID is another misunderstood mental health issue. And I would've been excited to see someone openly own it and not hide it and be ashamed of it.

yah, I don't think I've ever met anyone who openly has DID! Do you know any statistics as to like, how many people actually have it?

  • Kayleigh Grubb

Even if there was a statistic, I would argue its validity because many won't admit it for fear of being labeled insane or crazy. So, I'd say there are more than whatever any statistic say. My ex-fiance had it and since I was around it so much I am able to actually pick out people who have DID by hanging out with them even if their personalities are "gone". Since they often fear discovery when a personality is out they try to mimic the "host."

    good point about the statistics.
