BOW AND ARROW EXTENSIONS Start facedown on a mat with both arms & legs extended into an 'X' shape on the ground. Keep the tops of feet on the floor & lift chest off the ground, extending spine & reaching arms out in front of you. Bend right elbow, pull arm in to side & look back over shoulder. Slowly extend to starting position. 3 sets of 15 reps (ea. side)
