My first try for a simple Indian Dish, and it was great! I added some chicken seasoned with curry for the hubby on the side. Also, the comments section states that this dish is traditionally served with a "cool" side (Yogurt with chopped cucumbers). I think this would be a nice balance to the warm flavor of the meal and will definitely make it when I cook this dish again.
This one-pot meal is a great affordable time-saver in the kitchen. Your kids will flip for this savory side dish or vegetarian entree!

Indian Samosa from Food.com: Carol had asked for this in the forums, hope this helps:) This is a real "must have" in my house on a rainy day or when terribly hungry or even as an appetizer at parties. Please note that the potatoes, onions and green chillies listed in the Dough portion belong in the Filling portion of the recipe. Thanks!
