Baked Parmesan Garlic Chicken ~ This easy chicken recipe only uses four ingredients but is packed with taste. Boneless chicken breasts are coated in a flavorful blend of cheese and spices for a wonderful main dish that goes with anything from spaghetti to baked beans.
Quinoa Breakfast Bites 1 C cooked quinoa, warmed 1/2 C shredded mozzarella or cheddar 2 egg whites 1 clove garlic, minced 1 t salt 1/3 C chopped fresh spinach leaves Oven 350 degrees spray a mini muffin tin Mix warm quinoa w cheese to melt the cheese. Add egg whites, garlic, salt, and spinach leaves. Stir Spoon mixture into mini muffin tins, filling to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.

I like it as part of my dinner with veggies and a pasta side or I make extra to cut up and put in a salad for lunch. It’s seriously amazing!
Baked Banana Chips - toddlers love these! Slice bananas very thin (1/8"), brush with lemon juice mixed with just a little water, sprinkle with cinnamon and kosher salt. Bake at 250F for about 2 hours, turning after 90 mins. Let cool (the longer they cool the crispier they become). Smear a little peanut butter between them if you like. Perfect sweet little treat!
