Recycling Celery -- Cut off the bottom after use, and put in a dish of water to sprout, then plant in the ground as seen in the photos. I have grown celery the past two years from seed (it thrives in very moist soil) and it was greener and taller than anything I have bought at the store. Now I will recycle it from now on...
