Sexy Pork Chops - Sautéed Pork Chops with Lemon-Garlic Sauce - FAN-TAS-TIC!! LPJ - 8/8/13 made for dinner. instead of 1 Tbsp lemon juice, after I zested I put 1/2 lemon juice in the cooking saute and added the juice of the other half with the zest, parsley & rosemary (dried parsley, fresh rosemary). Definately a repeater. Served with saffron rice and garden salad.
Breakfast For the Week: 250-Calorie Quinoa Egg Bake Ingredients: 1 teaspoon butter or butter substitute 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa 8 eggs 1 1/4 cup nonfat milk 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 teaspoon chopped thyme 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 cups packed baby spinach, roughly chopped 1 cup finely shredded Romano or Parmesan cheese
Smudgies -- Bananas & Peanut Butter mixed together, smashed between 2 graham crackers, and then frozen. Ah-Mazing. Tried it! Loved it!
