Baked Banana Chips - toddlers love these! Slice bananas very thin (1/8"), brush with lemon juice mixed with just a little water, sprinkle with cinnamon and kosher salt. Bake at 250F for about 2 hours, turning after 90 mins. Let cool (the longer they cool the crispier they become). Smear a little peanut butter between them if you like. Perfect sweet little treat! Enjoy!

YOU’LL NEED: • Gummy candy (I used rainbow fish, sharks, hammer head sharks, lobsters, and starfish – all purchased at Candywarehouse.com) • bakers twine (purchased at The Twinery) • craft punch (Martha Stewart crab punch from Michaels) • cardstock • bamboo skewers • clear bags (I used 4×6 bags from Papermart.com ) • scissors • small hole punch

Strawberry Brownies! Mix strawberry cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/3 c. greek yogurt (instead of oil), spread/press into 9x13 pan (dough will be really thick) and bake at 350 for 15 minutes. For glaze, mix 1 c. Powdered sugar with 2-3 tablespoons milk. Pour over warm brownies.
