WHO KNEW!! you print out words on basic white paper, but in mirror image form… lay them on the wood… with a damp paint brush wet the paper on top of the words… use the cap of a sharpie to rub on top of the letters to help them transfer … then remove the paper and stand in shock and awe!

I tried this so many times and my pictures kept rubbing off. Has anyone else had this problem and how can I fix this problem?

I saved a Christmas tree from last year. I let it dry all year long. Then took off all of the branches. Then took the trunk and cut it like you were slicing bread. Each piece was about 1/2 inch. The I did the same thing as she did. I drilled a hole at the top hung them with ribbon. I gave them out to family members as ornaments. Great gifts.

It probably needs to be a black and white photo...like in the example. Not a color photo.

Decorate with Paper

did you know you can print on material with some printers? Use freezer paper to print on some burlap. Iron the burlap. Place your freezer paper on top of your ironed burlap with the shiny side down Run a medium, dry iron on top of the freezer paper and it will magically adhere to your burlap. Cut your burlap/freezer paper into your 8 1/2” x 11” size. Run your burlap/freezer paper through your printer. Peel off the freezer paper…. and you have this amazing printed burlap!
