Pinner said: My FAMOUS Rum Chata bread pudding. 3-4 cups cubed French bread, 4 eggs lightly beaten with 1 cup rum chata, 1 cup milk, 1/8 t vanilla, 1/4 t cinnamon, pinch nutmeg, 2 t splenda or 1-2 T sugar (or more; depends on how sweet you prefer). Raisins optional. Spray 2-qt dish and bake @ 350 for about 35 min. Serve with whipped cream. **the booze does NOT bake out!!
