If you really want to strengthen your core, help flatten your belly and prevent lower back pain, here are some amazing moves you can do without ever having to do another crunch!

Couch to 5K workout plan. I re-wrote this and added stars. You do each workout 3 times a week,whatever week you are on. I will color in a star indicating how I feel after each workout. Red- Could not finish workout Yellow- finished, but miserable. Green- Finished, feel great! Once I am done, I am hoping to have all green stars on week 8 & 9 :)

Do this for 2 weeks and watch your tummy and thighs shrink...and all you need is a wall and a yoga mat!
