Bacon Mushroom Cream Sauce over sphagetti squash. Fry 1 strip thick cut bacon until almost crispy; add 1 clove garlic & 2-3 T red onion, cook 3-5 min., stir often; add 8 ounce fresh mushrooms & cook until softened. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, to taste. Pour in 1/4 c. heavy cream, stir until well mixed/heated. To thin sauce, add chicken stock to desired consistency. Server over pasta or spaghetti squash - enjoy!

This power salad is super simple: chicken, avocado, pine nuts, feta cheese, tomatoes and spinach. I love it topped with Garlic Expressions salad dressing. The flavor is utter perfection! This salad is hearty enough for dinner and excellent for entertaining!
Million Dollar Dip -5 green onions chopped, 8 oz. cheddar cheese shredded, 1- 1/2 cups mayonnaise, 1 jar Hormel Real Bacon Bits, 1 pkg. slivered almonds. Mix the onions, cheese, mayo, bacon bits, and slivered almonds together. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with favorite cracker. (Tastes best with butter flavored crackers such as Ritz or Club).
