Home made Mojito. 3 Mint leaves and 2 Lime wedges - Muddle at the bottom of the cup to release the mint and lime - Add sugar (to taste) I personally only use about a teaspoon - Fill cup half way with ice - Add Berries (I used frozen Blackberries, Blueberries and Raspberries) - Add ice to top - Pour in Rum (or Vodka) (about 1-2 oz) - Pour Club Soda or Seltzer Water over the top. - Add a mint leaf to the top
Strawberry-Watermelon Red Wine Sangria Serves 6 1 1/2 cups cabernet sauvignon (I used one on the sweeter side) 2 cups strawberry-watermelon sparkling water 1/4 cup strawberry vodka 1 tablespoon lemon juice chopped strawberries and watermelon (optional) Stir all ingredients together lightly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice, with chopped fruit, if desired.
Skittles vodka... works great with rum too! I made this with Rum and it's so much better! Smooth, sweet and taste just like the Skittles. Can be imbibed straight, but if you add a mixer like Sprite, Ginger Ale, etc. then be careful because it just taste like a Skittles drink without the alcohol. It's REALLY good and you won't realize how much you're drinking.
