Bake in an ungreased 9x13 pan at 350 for 28-30 minutes. It will puff up. If you use light pie filling it is only 2pts a slice on Weight Watchers!

    The first batch I made fell apart. I think I didn't have the skillet hot enough. The next batch I made sure the grease was hot and left them for a full 4 minutes on each side. They were good and crispy and tasted great!
